Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Looking for a delicious and healthy new smoothie recipe? This PB & J smoothie courtesy of the wonderful blog, SkinnyTaste makes for a great snack. This nutritional smoothie doubles as a cure for a sweet tooth as well as a healthy and filling mid-day snack.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

3/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp. peanut butter

5 to 6 drops liquid stevia or sweetener

1/4 cup ice

Put all of these ingredients in your blender, blend, and ENJOY!
